ORDER PROCESSING

ALL ORDERS:  Once an order has been placed, and payment successfully made, the order can NOT be cancelled.  If you have any questions about an item, please contact us prior to placing an order.  

Non - Monogrammed Orders: Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship after payment.  Most of the time, we try to have orders shipped within 24 hours. 

Monogrammed Orders: Please allow 10-15 business days for your items to be personalized unless otherwise stated in the item description.   We will personalize items EXACTLY as they are entered, so please remember to check your order carefully prior to checkout.  All personalized items are final sale.  NO EXCEPTIONS. 

PRE-ORDERS: Pre-Orders do not typically follow our normal Processing Times.  The estimated arrivals of Pre-Ordered items can be found in the Item Discription or Title of each Pre-Order.  **If your order includes both PRE-ORDERED and Ready-To-Ship Items, your order WILL NOT SHIP until it is able to be 100% fulfilled.**

 

IN-STORE PICKUP

Customers will be notified by email when their order is ready, usually within 24 hours (for non-monogrammed orders).  Please wait for this confirmation email before coming to the store.  When picking up your order, please bring the order number with you.  

SHIPPING

ALL orders in the CONTINENTAL USA over $150 get FREE GROUND SHIPPING (excluding oversized items) using code - FREESHIP.  Additional discount codes not combinable with FREE SHIPPING promo.

We offer FLAT rate shipping for orders under $150

VIRGINIA – Flat Rate: $7.95

All other Continental States – Flat Rate: $12.95

 We use USPS and UPS as our preferred shipping carriers.  If you require EXPEDITED Shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order.  Orders shipped via Standard Shipping typically arrive within 1-10 business days from the time your order is shipped (this does not include processing time).  We can not ship to P.O. Boxes.  Once shipped, we will provide tracking so you know when your order will arrive. 

The Monogram Market is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number for further assistance.

We will only ship to the address that you submit through the checkout process.  Please ensure that it is accurate prior to checkout.  Items returned to us due to an incorrect address will incur a re-ship fee.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want you to love everything you purchase from the Monogram Market, so our return/exchange policy makes it easy. 

If an error is made by the Monogram Market, we will gladly correct it.  Please notify us by email at MonogramMarketGifts@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt.  Please include a photo and explanation in your email. 

We accept EXCHANGES or RETURNS for STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of receipt of purchase.  All eligible items* must be postmarked or brought back to the store within 14 days – after 14 days, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your item. 

To initiate a return/exchange, please email us at MonogramMarketGifts@gmail.com with the order number and item you’d like to return/exchange and send the item to 21505 Pickett Avenue, South Chesterfield, VA 23803.   You are responsible for shipping costs to return or exchange items.  Shipping costs are always Non-Refundable and will not be included if a store credit is given. 

All merchandise being returned or exchanged must be in NEW, sellable condition, with tags attached.  Items with no tags attached or with visible wear (including deodorant or makeup marks) are not eligible for returns/exchanges.  Clothing, jewelry and shoes may not be returned/exchanged after wear.

Earrings, Hair Accessories, Socks, Swimsuits and Leggings are non-returnable for sanitary reasons

GIFT CARDS

All gift cards and store credits cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash.  Gift cards and store credits cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
